Bensinger's Promise To You

You must be completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services and our efforts on your behalf.

If you are not satisfied, we will rectify the problem or refund your cleaning charge. (Refunds will be mailed from Bensinger's office)

You will recieve your garments back by 6:00 PM on the day promised.

If late, we will make satifactory arrangements or you will receive the greater of a $5.00 gift certificate or a 20% discount on late items. This will be paid from Bensinger's central office.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS

We use a Natural Petroleum Solvent called Exxon DF2000 .  This solvent is gentle without sacrificing its cleaning capabilities making it superior for your clothes and safer for the environment. As recommended by "Greenpeace", BENSINGER'S employs professional wet cleaning technology whenever possible and operates more wet cleaning washers and dryers than any other cleaner in Memphis .
