A History of Bensinger's Fine Cleaners

Bensinger's Fine Cleaners was founded in 1954 by Mr. Alfred Bensinger.  It quickly became one of the premier dry cleaning and laundry services in the Memphis area, known for its quality and impeccable service. After 50 years of service in Shelby County, today Bensingers is still locally owned and operated by Managing Partners , Larry Adler, and Ray Dan.

During the 90's Bensinger's expanded to  11 retail stores serving East Memphis, Midtown, Germantown and Cordova.  To meet the demand of working families, Bensinger's has always offered  free home pick up and delivery services to its customers at the same price as their store locations.

Since 2001, to reward loyal customers for their support, Bensinger's has  partnered with Northwest Airlines^® and remains the only local retail service company to offer one Northwest Airlines WorldPerks^® Mile for every dollar spent at Bensingers Fine Cleaners.
